If you have paid a deposit/consultation fee, it will be taken off of the cost of your treatment. The deposit is non refundable, however you can change the appointment date within 24 hours.

Please give us 24 hours notice if you want to cancel your booking or change the date and time. We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to medical history information and other situations not listed. If you think you may have a medical condition that may prohibit your treatment, please call us or email us. Deposit is not refundable. The deposit is taken off the treatment should you go ahead. If you do not turn up to your appointment, your deposit will not be returned.
